I write this to praise the work of a person who sold my house in a fashion that is almost too good to be true: Kimberly Hamrick.  First off, she helped me organize necessary repair and beautification work through Market Ready, worked with me on items that were too much for my budget, and unexpectedly even put in a great deal of personal time in working on the property when I was in the hospital.  She placed the asking price higher than what I would have expected, but that she recognized as a reasonable starting point given what houses in the vicinity were going for. Imagine how surprised I was when, in the midst of dozens of calls to see the property, on the very first day on the market a buyer offered to buy my house at the asking price!  I was in the hospital for the month while all of this was happening, and Kimberly worked with my sister on all of these details. At one point she even asked me if she could mow my lawn!  Her ability to research properties, to set prices and the level of confidence that comes with experience adds up to Kimberly being the best possible representative you can have for selling your house.  Her personable approach and her taste in staging make the property very appealing (after seeing our house online my daughter said: “Hey Dad, let’s move back!”).  If I had another property to sell (or buy), I would not hesitate to choose Kimberly as my representative.
